A deep dive into the American Diet, my current opinion on how and why we could eat better. Based on research and analysis from Michael Pollan’s “Omnivores Dilemma”. This book really opened my eyes to some issues that maybe causing the American diet and health epidemic.

What is diet doing to our nervous system?

A research paper looking at the effects diet has on our nervous system to answer the question, “How should we eat?”

The typical “western diet” is having a lot of negative health impacts. Here we look at modern day science of dietary correlation to cognitive, mental, emotional and physical health.

How can we use diet to perform optimally everyday, fight aging, cognitive illness like Alzheimer's, mental disorders like depression and improve our sleep?
